A Fascinating Journey Into Tire Manufacturing!

In April, Hubei Yongsin International Trade Co., Ltd. organized a remarkable factory tour activity. With the curiosity and passion for tire manufacturing, the Yongsin team embarked on a learning journey to Hubei Aulice Tire Co., Ltd. and Hubei Jintian Tyre Co., Ltd., This activity not only allowed us to delve into the mysteries of tire production but also let us experience the charm of craftsmanship.

At first stop, we arrived at Hubei Aulice Tire Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in the tire manufacturing industry, known for its exemplary production processes and technological prowess. The engineer representative firstly ushered us to the molding workshop, where workers operated machines in an orderly fashion, and rubber components gradually took shape. Furthermore, the process of creating raw tires was also an eye-opener for all of us.

Following that, the engineering representatives conducted a detailed training on tire basics, thoroughly explaining tire structure, performance, and production processes, and patiently addressed our sales team's questions. Through this training, we gained a more comprehensive understanding of tires and realized the importance of tire quality for driving safety.

At second stop, we reached Hubei Jintian Tire Co., Ltd. Guided by engineers, we toured the mixing workshop, molding workshop, vulcanization workshop, and inspection area. We learned about the raw materials of rubber compounds and their processing, experienced the automation and intelligence in tire manufacturing, and understood the final inspection procedures for tires, including manual inspection and X-ray inspection, deepening our understanding of tire quality control.

This visit provided us with a deeper understanding of tire production and allowed us to appreciate the essence and value of craftsmanship. In our future work, we will apply the gained knowledge in practice, continuously improve our professional skills and overall quality, and contribute to the company's foreign trade development!
