10th anniversary of drunk driving into punishment! Drunk driving rate has decreased by more than 70%

This year marks the 10th anniversary of drunk driving. Authoritative data show that since the "drunk driving into punishment", the number of deaths and injuries caused by drunk driving accidents has decreased by 6,774 and 13,820 respectively compared with the previous 10 years. The four departments jointly issued a document: starting from June, new standards for tanker inspection, registration, and verification will be implemented

It was learned on May 13, 2021 that the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued the "Work Plan for the Control of Atmospheric Liquid Dangerous Goods Tankers" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") to standardize the production, registration, use and inspection of atmospheric pressure liquid dangerous goods tankers (hereinafter referred to as tankers), focus on the prominent problems existing in the operation of tankers, and comprehensively improve the level of safe operation of tankers.

According to the Plan:

From June 1, 2021, new tankers entering the market shall be inspected, registered, and applied for road transport certificates in accordance with the new requirements to achieve compliance for new tankers;

Before May 30, 2022, complete the inspection of all tankers in stock;

Before November 30, 2022, the tanker rectification will be fully completed;

From November 1, 2022, China will completely ban the operation of tankers with major safety risks.

Recently, according to the news released by the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission, according to the results of the anti-dumping review of imported truck tires originating in China, it is believed that the product is still dumped, which may cause losses to related industries in the Eurasian Economic Union. It is recommended to extend anti-dumping measures against truck tires imported from China for five years. Four tire factories including Belshina and Nizhnekamsk SSC were the initiators of the review investigation.

If this review is passed and approved by the Executive Committee of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the period for imposing anti-dumping duties on imported truck tires originating in China will be extended to August 2026. At that time, different Chinese tire manufacturers will be levied tax rates ranging from 14.79% to 35.35%.

It is understood that this measure has been in effect since December 2015 and was due to expire on December 17, 2020, but due to the need for a review investigation, the measure has been extended to August 2021.
